What to expect...

Clarity Questionnaire

An in-depth self-assessment so I can get to know you, and start to gain an understanding of your vision for your fitness journey, your biggest goals and most challenging obstacles.

30-Minute Strategy Session

We'll deep dive into your vision, your routine and your specific needs and preferences. We'll make some key decisions in regard to programming, focuses and next steps. After this call, you'll onboard into the Training Portal and we'll get right to work!

12-Week (minimum) Program Implementation

We'll work together to implement your program. Typically, programs include: 3-5 exercise phases strategically directing you to your ultimate goal, customized nutrition coaching depending on your goals and needs, coaching calls, progress check-ins, downloadable resources...the point is: we will NOT STOP until you reach your goal (or surpass it!).
